₹9 SONG PREVIEW POLICY

Welcome to SongCart. This ₹9 Song Preview Policy explains how our ₹9 custom song preview offer works, what is included in the initial payment, the optional full-song purchase, delivery, refunds and other important terms.

By placing an order under the ₹9 Song Preview offer, you agree to the terms below.

1. How the ₹9 Song Preview Offer Works

The ₹9 payment is an introductory payment for the creation and delivery of a 30-second preview of your personalised song.

The ₹9 payment does not purchase or unlock the complete personalised song.

Once we receive your payment and the required information for your song, our team will create your personalised song preview based on the details submitted by you.

The preview will ordinarily be made available within 24 hours, subject to receiving complete and accurate order information.

2. Full Song Price

After receiving your 30-second preview, you may decide whether you would like to purchase the complete personalised song.

If you like the preview and wish to receive the complete song, an additional payment of ₹499 is required.

Therefore:

Preview Fee: ₹9
Optional Full Song Payment: ₹499
Total Amount Paid if You Purchase the Full Song: ₹508

Purchasing the complete song is completely optional.

You are under no obligation to pay ₹499 simply because you purchased the ₹9 preview.

3. No Automatic Charges

SongCart does not automatically debit the additional ₹499 from your account.

There is no recurring subscription associated with the ₹9 Song Preview offer.

You will only be charged ₹499 if you independently choose to proceed with the complete song and authorise the payment.

4. Preview Delivery

After your ₹9 order is successfully placed and all required song details have been submitted, your personalised preview will be prepared and uploaded.

You can check your order status and access your preview through our Track Your Order page:

Customers may be required to provide their order details, registered contact information or other information requested on the tracking page.

5. Full Song Unlock & Download

If you enjoy your preview and decide to purchase the complete personalised song, you can complete the additional ₹499 payment through the payment option provided by SongCart.

After successful payment, the complete song will be made available for access/download according to the delivery status shown on your order.

The ₹499 payment applies only when the customer voluntarily chooses to unlock/purchase the complete song.

6. Nature of a Personalised Song

Every SongCart song is custom-created using the information, names, occasion, emotions, language, story and other instructions submitted by the customer.

Music, lyrics, vocal style and creative interpretation can be subjective. The final creative output may therefore differ from the exact way a customer personally imagined the song.

The purpose of the 30-second preview is to allow customers to hear the creative direction of their personalised song before deciding whether to purchase the complete version.

7. ₹9 Preview Refund Policy

Because the ₹9 payment is used to begin work on a customised digital product, the ₹9 preview fee is generally non-refundable once creation of the personalised preview has begun or the preview has been delivered.

However, a refund may be provided where appropriate, including situations such as:

• duplicate payment;
• payment successfully deducted but no valid order being created;
• SongCart being unable to provide the purchased preview due to an error on our side; or
• circumstances where a refund is required under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory rights available to a consumer under applicable law.

8. ₹499 Full Song Refund Policy

Because the full song is a customised digital product created specifically from the information supplied by the customer, a change of mind after the complete song has been successfully delivered or unlocked will generally not qualify for a refund.

SongCart will, however, review refund, correction or redelivery requests where:

• the customer has been charged more than once;
• payment has been completed but the full song cannot be accessed because of a technical issue;
• SongCart fails to provide the purchased song;
• the delivered file is corrupted or unusable;
• the delivered product materially differs from the order specifications accepted by SongCart; or
• a refund or other remedy is required under applicable law.

This clause does not remove any consumer rights relating to deficient, defective, incorrectly supplied or misrepresented services.

The E-Commerce Rules prohibit unfair trade practices and provide protections where goods or services are defective, deficient, not as advertised or not delivered as agreed.

9. Information Provided by the Customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted while placing the order is correct.

This may include:

• names and their spellings;
• relationships;
• occasions;
• dates;
• personal stories;
• preferred language;
• mood or genre;
• pronunciation guidance; and
• any special instructions.

SongCart will create the song based primarily on the information provided at the time of ordering.

Errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer may not qualify for a free remake or refund.

10. Inappropriate or Unlawful Requests

SongCart reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders containing content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, hateful, abusive, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.

Where an order is cancelled by SongCart before work has commenced, any amount collected for that order may be refunded as applicable.

11. Intellectual Property & Customer-Provided Content

Customers confirm that they have the necessary rights or permission to submit any text, story, photograph, lyrics, names or other material provided to SongCart for creation of the personalised song.

Customers must not knowingly submit copyrighted or otherwise protected material belonging to another person where they do not have permission to use it.

12. Technical Issues

Occasionally, access to the preview, tracking page, payment gateway or download may be temporarily affected by technical issues outside SongCart's reasonable control.

If payment has been successfully completed but the relevant song cannot be accessed, customers should contact SongCart support with their order details so the issue can be verified and resolved.

13. Changes to the Offer

SongCart may change the price, inclusions or structure of the ₹9 Song Preview offer for future orders.

Any such change will not retrospectively change the price or terms applicable to an order that has already been successfully placed, unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

The price displayed and accepted by the customer at the time of placing an order will apply to that transaction.

14. Acceptance of This Policy

By paying ₹9 and submitting your custom song order, you acknowledge that:

₹9 purchases only the 30-second personalised preview; the complete song requires a separate optional payment of ₹499; no ₹499 payment is charged automatically; and you may choose not to purchase the complete song after listening to your preview.
