1. 🛒 How and Where to Order Your Song
You can place your custom song order through either of the following pages:

1.2 ✍️ About Specific Lyrics and Story Usage
When filling the order form, you’ll find two options:
Story Box – for your personal story or occasion.
Specific Lyrics Box – for exact lines or names you want in the lyrics.
Here’s how they differ:
🔸 If you fill only the Story:
Our team will creatively convert your story into lyrics.
Due to time and length limits, not all parts of your story may be included.
Only the most meaningful highlights are chosen to fit the song naturally.
✅ If you fill the Specific Lyrics box:
We guarantee inclusion of those exact lines or names in the song.
Available in Standard, Premium, and Beast plans only.
Use this if you want certain details (name, date, message) included for sure.
Important: If you skip this box and only mention something on WhatsApp or later via email, we can’t guarantee it will be in the final song (see next point).

🧡 Beast Plan – What “3 Songs” Means
Our Beast Plan includes 3 versions of the same song, not 3 separate stories.
✅ You submit one story only
✅ We deliver three lyrical versions based on that same story
Examples of versions:
1 Hindi lyrical version
1 English lyrical version
1 Hinglish version (mix of Hindi + English)
This allows you to use different versions for different moods, platforms, or audiences — but the core story remains the same.
3. ⚠️ Post-Order Additions (WhatsApp/Email Limitations)
🚫 Once your order is placed, no further additions or changes via WhatsApp, email, or chat will be accepted.
Your song is processed based strictly on the inputs received at checkout.
💡 If you forgot something, please use the Customer Note box before placing your order.
4. 📤 How We Deliver Your Song
We use multiple delivery methods to ensure smooth access:
✅ WhatsApp – Direct delivery to your number.
✅ Track & Download Page – https://songcart.in/pages/track-your-order
✅ Email – Shared to your registered email address.
(If applicable) Add-ons delivered via WhatsApp support.
4.1 🎁 How We Deliver Add-Ons
Once your final song is delivered and confirmed by you, we will begin delivering your purchased Add-Ons (PDF, lyrical video, cover art, voice note) via WhatsApp.
📌 Important:
If you download your song directly from the website, your add-ons will not be included in the download link.
👉 Please message us on WhatsApp to receive your add-ons.
4.1 ⚡ Early Access Option
Can’t wait for your song?
If it’s ready early, you’ll get the option to unlock early access directly from your Track & Download page for just ₹499.

6. ✏️ Edits & Revisions Policy
Edits can be requested within 4 days of song delivery.
Edits are allowed only after the original song has been delivered.
You can request edits via: https://songcart.in/pages/edit
You can request edits only within 4 days from the date of delivery.
📌 Only one edit request per order is allowed, so please include all required changes in a single request.
6.1 📩 Edit Request Follow-Up and Delivery
Once you submit your edit request form:
- ✅ We will respond to your ticket on WhatsApp within 24 hours.
 - ✅ Your edited song will be delivered in 2–3 working days after confirmation.

8. ✅ List of Valid Revision Reasons
Here are the reasons we support for revision (based on your plan):
1. Someone else’s song was delivered / wrong song
2. Wrong artist or language
3. Missing name in lyrics
4. Incorrect or missing date
5. Name mispronounced
6. Forgot to include an important memory (Premium only)
7. Want to change singer (Premium only)
8. Want to change song mood/vibe (Premium only)
9. Want to change language (Premium only)
10. Want a specific line added (Premium only)
11. Song feels incomplete or abruptly cut (Premium only)
