At SongCart, we specialize in delivering high-quality custom-made songs in digital format. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Delivery Method

Since our products are digital, all orders are delivered electronically via:
Email – Your completed song will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Download Link – A secure link will be provided for downloading your custom song.

No physical shipments are made as all our products are digital.

2.  Delivery Time of songs 

  • Once the songs gets ready , we will be sending you the clip via mail within 3-5 bussiness days on respective mail and whatsapp number proviided .
  • Urgent delivery requests (if available) may be processed faster for an additional fee.
  • Any unexpected delays will be communicated via email.

3. Shipping Fees

  • As all deliveries are digital, no shipping fees apply.
  • If we introduce any physical merchandise in the future, separate shipping charges and policies will be provided.

4. Incorrect Email Address

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and correct email address.
  • If you enter an incorrect email at checkout, please contact us at songcart@woootech.com as soon as possible to correct it.
  • SongCart is not responsible for lost deliveries due to incorrect email input.

5. Non-Delivery Issues

If you have not received your song within the specified timeframe:
✔️ Check your spam or junk folder.
✔️ Ensure the email provided at checkout is correct.
✔️ Contact us at songcart@woootech.com, and we will resend the file.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once production has started.
  • If there is an issue with the final product, please reach out, and we will work on a solution.
